PCD2.M157 with FMS master/slave
This xx7 PCD base unit is S7-compatible with Simatic series S7-300
and S7-400 and can be fitted with up to 128 I/Os (up to 255 I/Os with
an expansion unit), as digital, analogue or axis control modules.
This PCD has a 512 kByte integral user memory, expandalbe with 512 kByte Flash-EPROM, 16,384 flags,
256 timers and 8 timing flags.
The integral MPI interface communicates at 187.5 kBit/s.
Three more RS 232, RS 422, RS 485, TTY 20mA, PROFIBUS DP and FMS, LonWorks, Ethernet TCP/IP interfaces can be fitted.
With the PCD7.F700 plug-in connection, the PCD2 gains a PROFIBUS FMS interface which
can be used as a master or slave. Services correspond to expanded controller 2.
Transmission speeds are up to 500 kBaud.
