The industry's requirements for the secure and continuous transmission of ever-increasing amounts of data require cabling solutions that meet current and future demands. The UL-listed raw cable (CM, E344985) used for the assemblies complies with the specification S/FTP 4x2xAWG23/7 Cat.7 and, in addition to PROFINET, also supports the protocol types EtherCAT and EtherNet/IP. The cable with PVC sheathing is resistant to oils and acids, flame-retardant and can be used in a temperature range of -40 to 80 °C. The patch cables are suitable for connecting devices between machines and end devices in protected control cabinets. The moulded RJ45 connectors with locking lever protection and length marking provide a secure grip when plugging and unplugging.
