The PROFIBUS Troubleshooting Toolkit bundles four complementary diagnostic and monitoring tools into a single package designed to cover the full range of PROFIBUS network tasks — from rapid on-site fault identification and cable quality assessment to permanent condition monitoring, leakage current measurement, and network acceptance and certification. The toolkit is suited for controls engineers, maintenance teams, and field service technicians who need a complete set of PROFIBUS diagnostic capabilities without assembling individual tools separately.
 

Optional accessories are available to extend toolkit capability, including M12 Y measuring adapters, PROFIBUS PA adapters, active measuring points, diagnostic connectors, and the EmCheck® MWMZ II mesh resistance clamp.

PB-Q ONE PROFIBUS Tester: Mobile PROFIBUS diagnostic tool for complete evaluation of PROFIBUS DP network communication quality. Delivers precise measurement results in seconds with a traffic light display for straightforward pass/fail assessment of signal quality, signal-to-noise ratio, cable impedance, and bus termination. Supports topology visualization and device-level quality value display.
 

PROFIBUS-INspektor® NT: Compact, permanently installed condition monitoring unit for decentralized PROFIBUS data collection. Operates without special configuration and immediately records logical quality parameters including error counters, retry rates, and communication quality trends across all connected PROFIBUS devices. Integrates with PROmanage® NT for centralized monitoring and alerting.
 

EmCheck® LSMZ I Leakage Current Clamp: Portable clamp meter designed for measuring low and high-frequency leakage and shield currents in the 50/60 Hz and 5 Hz to 1 kHz frequency range. Adjustable measuring range from 30 μA to 100 A covers both high-current PE conductor measurements and the low-current shield current measurements most relevant to PROFIBUS cable diagnostics.
 

PROmanage® NT V2 Software: Network monitoring and management software that queries port statistics from managed switches and quality data from INspektor® units at one-minute intervals, displays results graphically, and triggers configurable alarms when threshold values are exceeded. Stores historical data at one-minute resolution for up to one year, supporting root cause analysis of sporadic failures.
