PCD4.M170 with DP master.
The PCD4 system can be expanded up to 512 Inputs and 512 Outputs, with digital, analogue or axis control modules.
User memory can be expanded up to 1024 kByte RAM or EPROM and possiblity to use a plug-on backup Flash card
8192 flags, 4096 x 32 bit registers and 1600 x 31 bit counters or timers.
This PCD supports up to 6 serial ports:
RS 232, RS 422, RS 485, TTY 20 mA, PROFIBUS DP and FMS, Ethernet TCP/IP.
Possibilty to plug two fieldbus cards in to the M170 enabling separate communication with PROFIBUS DP, FMS, Ethernet TCP/IP from the same system.
With the PCD7.F750 plug-in connection, the PCD4 gains a PROFIBUS DP
interface which can be used as a master. Services correspond to DP
class 1 (inc. sync-and-freeze mode), plus the expanded functions of
DP/V1 (acyclic communication). Transmission speeds are up to 12 MBaud.
