The IND360 is the newest member of the METTLER TOLEDO terminal and transmitter families offering three compact enclosure styles that are easily integrated in to machines and automation workspaces. The Panel and Wall/Desk mount versions feature a color display for easy operation and display of system status.

Easy Integration

IND360 features an integrated web interface for setup, configuration, backup/restore, cloning and remote monitoring. For security, this interface is password protected or can be completely disabled once the system is configured. GSD, GSDML and function blocks make your integration task easy. These are supported by engineering documents and sample programming code to speed up startup.

Boost Machine Performance

To increase your productivity, the IND360 provides you PLC or DCS up to 7 user-selectable simultaneous (cyclical)  floating point variables, heartbeat, synchronization and status all at up to 960Hz. In addition to cyclical data, acyclic commands give power to one time activities. In total the IND360 provides over 340 control variables.

Smart Alarming

IND360 is the first product to support NAMUR NE107 Smart5^TM prioritized alarming over the automation interface. The display versions show alarm symbols while providing messages relating to the cause and actions that shall be taken. In Smart POWERCELL^® systems failure is identified down to each load cell in the system to speed up troubleshooting.

World wide approval

IND360 carries weights and measures and electrical approvals in all major countries. In addition, this product family complies to the latest standards (6GHz) for electromagnetic compatiblilty to ensure accurate results in electrically noisy environments. Weights and Measures approvals for Class III 10,000e (Analog and POWERCELL) and 30,000e (EMFR).

Connect to three weighing worlds

Connect scales with up to 8 350 Ohm strain gauge, or POWERCELL sensors, including PowerDeck and PowerMount. High Precision EMFR (ElectroMagnetic Force Restoration) bench and floor scales with resolution up to 750,000 stable weight values. IND360 also connects to both Mass Comparators and Laboratory Balances all with unparalleled accuracy . No need to change your PLC/DCS program when you change scale capacity. Electronic Calibration (Sensitivy Adjustment) with CalFree and CalFree Plus available over the automation network. Automatic PLC/DCS driven calibration is also available for those scales supporting internal automatic test weight function. 

Look at individual load cells

POWERCELL (PowerDeck & PowerMount) Versions allow the user to view scale weight and the weight of individual loadcells in the same cyclical message. 

Ultra High Precision

IND360 supports high readiblity balances and mass comparators with 64bit long real numbers (floating point) in combination with SIMATIC S7-1200 and 1500 controllers - 64 bit precision ensures high accuracy is not lost due to rounding.

Economical Solution

Save time and money because the HMI scale interface and automation network are integrated all at an affordable price, so no need to program an HMI. The display of all weighing functions are approved by notified weights and measures approval bodies. The DIN mounted version is available without a display for ultimate cost savings.
