The 5350 is a Temperature transmitter for 2-, 3- and 4-wire sensors with PROFIBUS® PA or FOUNDATION™ Fieldbus, supporting RTD, TC, mV, linear resistance and potentiometer inputs. 

As you would expect from PR’s products the 5350 is built to be the one of the most accurate and reliable temperature transmitters on the market, even when it comes to the most exposed and difficult applications. The 5350 has been developed with a view to achieving an exceptional basic accuracy of < ±0.1°C (PT100) and an extremely low temperature coefficient of < ±0.002°C  / °C  (PT100). 

Operational reliability is achieved by efficiently protecting the transmitter against outside disturbances. All variants comply with Extended EMC immunity to NAMUR NE 21, A criterion   providing excellent protection against electromagnetic noise along with a Galvanic isolation of 1500VAC.

This reliability is reflected in concrete product advantages satisfying our customers’ demands for quality and stability and always backed up by our five-year guarantee.

• Programmable sensor error and short circuit detection including NAMUR
• Process calibration

The 5350 is available as a standard product or EX variant for use in hazardous locations with ATEX, FM, CSA, GOST, INMETRO and NEPSI approvals.

Operation and Maintenance is supported by commonly used third party tools such as Siemens PDM.
